Glam& GRIT BACKSTAGE PASS

The Glam & Grit Backstage pass is a limited, hands-on experience designed for prospective students to step inside our cosmetology program and experience the real day-to-day environment of our beauty school. The opportunity allows you to observe the culture, meet current students and instructors, and participate in select activities before making a commitment to enroll. 

PROGRAM DETAILS

  • Up to 25 total hours

  • Must be completed within one calendar week

  • Maximum 6 hours per day

  • One-time experience only

REQUIREMENTS

  • Completed Glam & Grit Application

  • $20 application fee required

  • Signed the liability waiver

  • All hours must be scheduled in advance

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE

  • Observation of live classroom instruction

  • Participation in supervised, hands-on activities

  • Practice of basic skills

  • Exposure to the student clinic environment

  • Interaction with instructors and currently enrolled students

PROGRAM LIMITATIONS

  • No student kit will be provided

  • Community tools and supplies only

  • Hours earned are not reported to the TN State Board until enrollment

  • Changes to your schedule will not be granted

EXPECTATIONS

  • Adherence to the Student Handbook is required

  • Compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements

  • Active participation is required; excessive phone use is not permitted

  • Follow all instructions from staff at all times
